After focusing on the importance of gratitude and positive attitude as graduates move forward, she shared a quote from Edith Wharton: “There are two ways to spread light, to be a candle or the mirror that reflects it.” Christine reminded the graduates that each of them will be called upon to be a candle and a mirror at different moments in time.
