The excitement reaches its peak during the live auction, especially when the package generously donated by Giancarlo’s Sicilian Steakhouse is up for bid. The premier Giancarlo’s package features a private dinner for eight, complete with expertly paired wines. Beyond the exquisite cuisine, the highlight of the experience is the exceptional service—an embodiment of SHA’s Franciscan value of hospitality.
